AHCA offers two membership options:

Full Membership

Joining Fee: $50  |  Annual Fee: $150

Full Membership is open to those who have greater than 2 years experience in the asbestos and hazardous materials industry and are deemed a competent person or have attained the title of Licensed Asbestos Assessor as prescribed by relevant state regulators.

Provisional Membership

Joining Fee: $50  |  Annual Fee: $100

Provisional Membership is open to those who are engaged in asbestos and hazardous materials employment and at the beginning their career. Typically this is a professional with less than 2 years experience.

Business Membership
(Consultancy only)

Membership offers exclusive engagement opportunities to consultancy companies who provide services in asbestos & hazardous materials including participation in planning and presenting at local events; ability to contribute to the future of Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Management; access to organisational knowledge, experience and provides opportunities to be recognised for excellence in Hazardous Materials Management.

Package Offers

  • Recognition of your affiliation with AHCA. Your business logo, details and website link included on the AHCA website and/or Newsletter.
  • Opportunity to Advertise on the AHCA website.
  • Access to exclusive content on AHCA website.
  • Use of the AHCA “Business Member” insignia for your own promotional use.
  • Opportunity for those Business Owners/ Head of Departments (up to 2) to attend or hold intimate Round Table events.

  • Inclusive of Individual Memberships for Business Owners/Head of Department (up to 2) (subject to vetting).

  • In addition to voting rights conferred to recipients of Individual Membership, the Business receives one vote and is eligible and entitled to vote at general meetings.

Membership offers exclusive engagement opportunities to companies who provide services other than consultancy in asbestos & hazardous materials including participation in presenting at events; ability to contribute to the future of Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Management; access to organisational knowledge, experience and provides opportunities to be recognised for excellence in Hazardous Materials Management.

Membership is available for companies, who would like to demonstrate their commitment to improving the management of Asbestos and Hazardous Materials for a safer and healthier workplace via becoming Business Partners with the AHCA. There are no eligibility requirements for this grade of membership other than acceptance of the AHCA code of conduct.

Membership offers exclusive engagement opportunities to government departments and not-for-profit organisations, associations and charities including participation in presenting at events; ability to contribute to the future of Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Management; access to organisational knowledge, experience and provides opportunities to be recognised for excellence in Hazardous Materials Management.

Membership is available for government departments and not-for-profit organisations, associations and charities, who would like to demonstrate their commitment to improving the management of Asbestos and Hazardous Materials for a safer and healthier workplace. There are no eligibility requirements for these grades of membership other than acceptance of the AHCA code of conduct.
